Lohan's Father Seeks Help From Ronson To Save Her

London: Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan’s father has urged his daughter’s ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson to convince the actress to go to a rehabilitation centre.

Michael Lohan, father of Lindsay Lohan has spoken openly about his fears for his daughter, insisting she is addicted to prescription drugs. And, despite publicly blasting Ronson prior to the couple’s split, Michael is convinced the DJ can help his daughter get her life back together, reported contactmusic.com

“Maybe Samantha will help Lindsay turn her life around and get her into rehab. At least I know Samantha cares. Time is running out for Lindsay. We need to save her,” said Michael.

Lindsay recently visited India to work in three British Broadcasting Corporation documentaries on child trafficking. According to media reports, while in India, she tried to get rid of her addiction to alcohol as well as party girl image by studying the Hindu faith.

Kareena to play a tomboy in Golmaal 3

Kareena Kapoor for the first time will be portraying a tomboyish character in her upcoming movie Golmaal 3, which is directed by Rohit Shetty. When the director was writing the story of this movie, he thought of giving Kareena’s glamorous image a break and offer an unusual role. He wanted her to be a part of the boy’s gang, which comprises of Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Khemu, Tusshar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade.

A close source revealed, “Kareena will sport casual wear in this film. Nodesigner dresses, shoes and bags for her. She will play a badass who spouts abusive tapori language and rides around on a bike. She will be seen doingdadagiri like boys in the gang.” When asked about the role, Bebo she said, “My look in Golmaal 3 is non-glamorous. It is young and grunge, keeping the weather and look of Goa in mind. I play a tomboy but with a feminine touch. Though I will be using tapori language, it will not be too abusive or vulgar. It will be well in tone with my persona.”

When asked was about this news Rohit Shetty, he confirmed and said, “I wanted to give Kareena a new image with this movie. She is one of the boys in the film, and will be sporting minimal make-up. She is talking with Manish Malhotra and they will come up with the right look for the part. I have tried not to make her use too much foul language or abusive lingo. Her whole look and hair will be undergoing a thorough change. Her character in the film is not that rich. We are looking forward to teaching Bebo some exciting language. She has already become a goonda now.”

Celina Jaitley turns into Fashion Designer

Actor Celina Jaitley has decided to turn into a fashion designer and she has plans of showing her creations across the world through store launches in a few international cities. Celina has set herself the goal of taking the Indian saree global. Through her new line she is paying tribute to her mother, Maharani Gayatri Devi and actorSridevi.

“I have been inspired by four women in my life — my grand-mother,my mother, Rajmata Gayatri Devi and Sridevi. I love chiffons, especially in summer, and love floral teamed with light pearls and small clutches and stark contrast blouses,” Celina says. The actor adds, “For the spring/summer I have created a chiffon line. I have experimented with different varieties of chiffons.”

Celina’s line has already made it to stores in India and the UAE and she is now looking at launching the line in South Africa. “It (the plan) is as simple as making the saree a global, sensuous garment,” she ends.

Big B to act Katrina’s ‘Paa’

Katrina Kaif continues to bag important roles consolidating her standing in Bollywood as a favorite amongst directors, both because of herprofessionalism as well as her across the board appeal as a new generationIndian woman.

She will feature in yet another film by Prakash Jha, her Rajneeti director. The film - Aarakshan - additionally headlines Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgan.

In Aarakshan, she will be paired with Ajay Devgn for the first time. Set in the world of academia, education and job reservations the film has the Big Bas a college principal and Devgn, his favourite student, a member of the backward class who supports the job-reservation issue.

Aishwarya Rai has bail out plan for Vipul Shah

Mumbai, (BollywoodWorld.com) Neither Aishwarya nor Akshay Kumar have any dates to spare to shoot a song for Vipul Shah’s “Action Replayy”. The filmmaker agrees that his stars have a genuine problem, but he is not ready to release the movie without that number.

To bail Shah out, Aishwarya has suggested that he should fly down with his unit to London. She would fly from Cannes to London and shoot the song with Akshay in night shifts when the actor wouldn’t be shooting for “Patiala House”.

“It is very, very generous and considerate of Aishwarya to suggest that she’d join me from Cannes, that I come to London and shoot the song with her and Akshay. She is really working very hard. Both Akshay and she have a genuine date problem,” Shah told IANS.

Akshay is in London for 90 days to shoot for Nikhil Advani’s “Patiala House”.

But Shah is still in two minds about whether to take up his leading lady’s kind offer.

“I need four days to shoot my song. I don’t know if I can impose on director Nikhil Advani’s time and money like this. Let’s see. In any case, I’ve now postponed the release of ‘Action Replayy’ from July to September.”

Since the other big Aishwarya starrer “Raavan” releases in June, Shah thought it wise to re-position his film on a later date.
